Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive for refreshments between 4 and 6 pm

Introductions

Dinner

Clarify your intentions, challenges and wishes for our time together.

Retire.

Day 2

Dream workshop.

Mindful movement session.

Breakfast.

Meditation, spiritual guidance. Exercises for releasing emotional tension, trauma, fears and blocks held in the body.

Lunch.

Free time for walking, socialising and/or individual support session with a TWM practitioner.* 

Meditation and sharing session.

Dinner.

After dinner you will be invited to go into silence.

Day 3. 

Meditation and sharing session then continue in silence if you wish and spend the time in and around la Palazzola, or join a trip to Rome*.

Day 4 .

Mindful movement session.

Breakfast

Meditation, spiritual guidance. Exercises for releasing emotional tension, trauma, fears and blocks held in the body.

Lunch

Free time for walking, socialising and/or individual support session 

Evening meditation and sharing session, spiritual guidance.

Dinner.

Day 5.

Meditation and sharing your intentions for continuing your practice after we leave.

Getting there

There are frequent rail services from Fiumicino airport to Roma Termini, and hourly trains onwards from Termini to Marino Laziale. We can co-ordinate  shared taxi rides from Marino to Palazzola between us nearer the time – we will create a whatsapp group.

By bus from Rome

From Rome Termini take metro linea A to Anagnina. There, take the Cotral bus (marked Rocca di Papa via Via dei Laghi). Ask the driver for Via dei Laghi, Convento di Palazzola.

By air

Rome’s second airport, Ciampino, is only about 8km from Palazzola. Ryanair flies to Palazzola from Dublin, East Midlands (summer only), Edinburgh, Glasgow Prestwick (summer only), Manchester, and Stansted.

Clare Walters founded TWM in 2010 after experiencing the deep healing of felt-sense psychotherapy for herself. She has been developing the practice ever since, with Grace, clients and students as her teachers.
