Monthly TWM Meditations – open to all

Monthly TWM Meditations - everyone is welcome, no experience needed.

At our annual TWM team retreat in November we explored how we could spread the benefits of TWM more widely. We had the image of creating circular ripples moving out across a pond from the point where a drop of TWM falls, spreading healing, love and connection in all directions.
 
We wanted to counter the overwhelming focus on fear, pain and division that is so prevalent in the media and is affecting everyone’s ability to remain mindful and able to live from a place of integrity and love. 
 
We (or rather one of our most experienced practitioners, Hazel) hit upon the idea of developing a wider TWM community where everyone who is attracted to the TWM approach could come together, join in a guided meditation, connect, share and receive some wisdom. A little time to take a pause from everyday life and our own personal challenges, come together with like-minded people, re-centre, receive support and reconnect with our inner knowing.
Join our meditations to:
Connect with like-minded people.
Take a breath and fall into a place of quietness and soulfulness.
Come as you are – bring whatever you are carrying and let it be transformed.
Feel accepted, respected, held and heard.
Receive teachings and exercises that you can take away.
 
This will be an inclusive group, sharing a gentle space to breathe and connect with our deep wisdom and feeling part of the supportive TWM community.
 
The meets will be held monthly by an experienced TWM practitioner (Usually Hazel). These can be your contact point to connect with a community of people who choose to live with increasing understanding of ourselves and our needs and to grow in compassion and love for others and the world.
 
We will share a meditation, our truth and, if we want to, each have space to check in with how we are.  You are welcome to attend with your camera off if you prefer. The aim is to create a trusting and safe space and explore ways of being more alive and joyful in whatever circumstance we find ourselves.

We wil be offering these meetings monthly – you can drop in on whenever you want. And also, for a small subscription, you can have access to recorded meditations in case you miss, join a WhatsApp chat so we can stay connected and share meditations, books and inspiration, and benefit from reduced rates for 121 sessions, workshops and retreats.
