Supervisor training involves a full year of working under supervision with supervisees. This is not a theoretical course — it is an experiential, supported journey into the role of supervisor.
You will attend 6 group supervision sessions and 6 training workshops throughout the year, exploring the various models of supervision and what it means to hold space for another practitioner’s development.
You will also be invited to read and reflect on a carefully selected set of key texts — chosen for their depth, relevance and ability to enrich your understanding of the supervisor role.
