Feedback From Clients

Patients have really benefited from the support. It has really helped them at a time when there was nowhere else for them to go. They were given tools for coping and resilience at important times. Across Kirklees there is a real need for tailored, person-centred 121 support like yours - we can only offer support in a group setting. It would be better if the scope was wider.

"I’ve tried other things (CBT) but this is the first time I feel someone is really helping me, I felt better after the first session."
"I have learned that I can help myself a lot just using simple tools in the moment. Just doing these tools for a few minutes can make a difference previously it would have taken an hour to get over."
"I will use all of the tools you have shown me e.g., box breathing, meditations, see, hear, feel techniques, thinking whose business am I in and what am I personally in control of."
"I have had 5 wellness sessions with my practitioner, she was absolutely lovely and so understanding to my needs, she has give me tools that I can use in the future when I have any negative thoughts, she really has helped me alot and will miss speaking with her such a lovely friendly lady that made me feel at ease she was brilliant with me."
"Incredible resource that should be in everyone's lives as daily practice."
"My counsellor was friendly, supportive and professional. And because most of the work is guided there was no need to share lots of emotional details with her."
"Thank you so much for being there."
"This was an amazing new experience for me which was really beneficial. I have tried lots of counselling and CBT methods but none have helped me as much as TWM. I feel to have been able to release a lot of trapped trauma and let go of some baggage that has been holding me back. Thank you so much."
"My self-harm behaviour has changed since having these sessions. Have been free of self-harm for months. I have not had the urge to self- harm since having sessions and am regularly using the mind dump and anchoring technique instead."
