Board member: The Walters Method
I’ve always believed that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are shaped by our experiences, our environment, and how we relate to ourselves. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by how the mind works, how patterns form, and how healing truly happens.
A few years ago, I began a personal journey to reconnect with my authentic self — beyond roles, expectations, or the pressure to be anything other than who I truly am. That path led me to The Walters Method (TWM), a body-based method that changed my life. I am now a trained TWM practitioner, and the same techniques that supported my own growth and transformation are at the heart of the work I now share with others.
What I love most about this approach is how it works through the body. By bringing attention to felt sensations and gently unpacking what’s stored beneath them, we can process emotional experiences without needing to relive painful memories. It’s a powerful and compassionate way to heal — one that honours the wisdom of the body and moves at your own pace.
This work helped me become braver, more grounded, and more connected — not only to myself but also to the people I love. I now live a life that feels aligned, with deeper joy and a meaningful relationship with my partner. And I’m here to help others do the same.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for change — know that transformation is possible. You deserve to feel whole, empowered, and happy. I’m here to support you on that journey.
