Hello … I’m Jane and I have been interested in relationships and human communication since childhood. As an only child I often found myself observing interactions between the adults around me, noticing the tone in conversations and the atmosphere created as well as what was being discussed. That was an early foundation for my work with leaders, managers and teams – focusing on how to build collaborative relationships, resolve differences without crushing creativity and moving forward productively together.
Like most people, I have experienced grief and loss in a variety of situations through the course of my life – including separation and divorce, pet loss, a workplace restructure where a key colleague was moved to a different division, and most significantly, the sudden death of my younger son, Matthew in 2007. I learned a great deal as I navigated my own pathway from grief to peace and over the past 10+ years I’ve been helping others to understand the different ways grief affects us (mentally and physically, as well as emotionally) and sharing approaches to find a way through. While every experience of grief is individual and unique, there are many approaches to navigating grief that can help each one of us. I’m here to help you to find what works for you – to ease the pain, process the feelings and find your way into your life as it is now.

“Jane is one of those rare human beings that has the magic capacity to create a safe and non-judgemental space for this tender work. It’s no surprise to me knowing Jane as I do that she’s focussing on her grief work – because I can tell you first hand – she’s a master at it.”
“As a result of working through Jane’s simple but profound process, and with Jane’s tender and safe holding, I can honestly say I feel lighter, less entangled, freer and more hopeful about what lies ahead. My losses and my grief have been decluttered, reorganised and put back together in a much healthier way. They will never go away of course, you learn to live with them, but now they have less hold over me.
I can’t recommend Jane enough. She is tender but will challenge. She is insightful and wise. She is loving and supportive.”

“I’ve experienced Jane as creating and holding a very safe space in which I felt able to let go and to explore my grief without fear of being unable to cope with it. I’ve also really appreciated and noticed how she guided me in exploring these emotions and challenges with my whole body. Working with Jnae, I’ve found that I’ve been guided into some quite deep explorations to release tightly held emotions.
I value Jane’s empathy, her ability to gently challenge me, and how genuine she is, which creates a space of trust.”
