Following a 15-year career in the corporate sector and numerous health niggles Lisa took the decision to retrain as a holistic health coach in 2021, sold her stake in her recruitment business and went back to college.

Graduating with a Diploma from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, early in 2022 Lisa set up Best You and now works with both private clients and business.  With the ethos that there is no one size fits all solution, she offers one to one and small group coaching, along with workshops and webinars all totally tailored to individual needs.
